Position Overview

State Farm Insurance Agent located in Nappanee, IN is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join their team. As a State Farm team member for Sylvia Benjamin State Farm, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including vehicle, home, life and health insurance.

Responsibilities

  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

Requirements

  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening

  • Self-motivated

Compensation: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
